The following lists identify potentially eligible homes for sound insulation mitigation under the Buffalo Niagara International Airport Noise Compatibility Program. Be advised that this a preliminary list only. Each parcel will be subject to verification of location within the 65DNL to 75DNL contours established under the Federal Aviation Administration approved

This list may also include addresses at which business is conducted from a residence. Such properties may or may not be eligible and are subject to evaluation under Federal Aviation Administration required standards. Homes constructed on or after 1998 are not eligible.

We regret that your home did not meet the eligibility guidelines established by the Federal Aviation Administration to be included in the QuieterHome Program. The Buffalo Niagara International Airport and Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority are executing this federally funded program according to the regulations set forth in the Part 150 Noise Compatibility Program.
